Don't play play huh !!! trying to take advantage on girls ? NO WAY.

Look carefully, she was doing some unarmed combat and throw the man away with injuried. So all girls, please learn some tastic on self-defence yeah !!!!

What is that ? My goodness. So young boy jumping so high up ? No joke !!
Please do not follow what he did as you might get injury.

WOW Fantastic !!! look at this man. Flying over so many people and yet still can break the object. What if the kick landed on the person chest ? That person might vomit blood. So becareful for this man huh ???

And this movement, they were just talking to each others that how come the Minister is so "Handsome" and "Young" ....LOL !!!
Ha Ha ...... no la, they were just having a discussion.

Oh, now is the answer why they are so happy.

They were having a photo session with the Minister before the demonstration at the Pasir Ris Elias Community Club.

LOOK, what are our member's doing ? Are they all "surrender" ????

Of cos NOT. They are just doing warming up exercises. This movement shows that our Clubs' door is always open to welcome people who are interested to train.

Hi to all Anglican members!

Not too lately our Anglican Demonstration Team had the honor to display their movements to the public. It was held at Pasir Ris Elias Community Centre, in conjunction with the Asian Youth Games 2009.

Here's a video of their very first demonstration.

(don't ask why there is a double-image of the video, click the one of the left to watch)
One more demo coming up on the 19th of July @ Mountbatten CC, so stay tuned.
