Ong Zi Bing(Sr Coach), Kong Sin Yu(Sr Coach) and Lee Kai Xiang(Coach), were training with the Vietnam's group at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on the 25 to 28 Aug 2010.


Mr Nghia, Gold medal for the Ex-SEA Games and Ex-ASIA Games , given the instruction to the students. Our three coaches learned a lot from him and his group. Our team was warmly welcome by the parents too.


Our coaches were surrounded by the Vietnam's members. Pictures were taken by their parents at every position whev they moved.




Our coaches learned many tactics and skills from this oversea training. They promised to share with our members for what they had learned in Vietnam.

Please report on the 13 August 2010 (Friday) from 1400 hours to 1800 hours for a trail run. And also meet at 0845 hours to 1800 hours on the 14 August 2010 ( sat) for a full dress rehearsal with all the IRs' and others officials.

The venus will be at the International Convention Hall (ICC).
