The STF is organising the Volunteer's nite for all helpers in YOG and the National Championship. Those who are interested, please register to STF office by 15 Sept. Volunteers will be receiving a certifiacte on that evening.

The National Championship had just ended. Our members shown much improvement this year during the championship.

With the super outstanding performance, Ms Chloe Theresa did not give a chance for her opponent to breath nor a single attach. She clined the Gold medal within 1 min with her strong kicks did not allow her opponent to carry on with the match.

Congratulation to Chloe. But keep in mind that being a Champion is easy. But defending champion is not an easy task. Work hard.

The coming upgrading will be on the 03 Oct 2010 held at JURONG EAST SPORTS HALL. Students who are going for this coming grading will have to submit their form to the instructors by 13 Sept 2010.

Those who want to take part in the grading preparation workshop, have to submit the form by 14 Sept 2010.
