Calling for all coaches from Anglican Taekwondo Group.

Our club have more than 15 fully qualified coaches. Based on recent emails that been going around, we noticed that most of our coaches are "NATO" = No action Talk only.

As we noticed, Master Lee is taking care for the classes most of the time. It seem like our club is going backward to early stage like how the club newly form in 1983......No one seem to be helping and caring. The noticed was put up to renew the domains, no one care except the Vice Chairman, Mr Tan Tak Hua. Master Lee is also tied up with Zen Martial Arts Fitness School as the partnership to be opened in April this year. He has to oversea the club and at the same time helping up STF and oversea issues.

Senior Coach, Patrick Kong Sin Yu and Tan Jin Hao had been giving a helping hand but they are all up to their neck due to their busy personal committement too.

Therefore, we would like to ask for our internal coaches to come forward to help in conducting class. During the last club meeting, most of the members are asking for allowance and salary. Now, allowance / salary and profit sharing is given to those who is taking the class and sometime Master Lee is paying out of his own pocket. WHERE ARE ALL THE COACHES ??? When they ask for the allowance, did they committe themselves ?

For the month of March and April this year, some of the classes need coaches to conduct like Elias and Mountbatten. We had received compliant that our group is getting bigger but only one instructor who is Master Lee himself. That why the CC is going to downsize the number of student in each class. Punggol 21 CC is only allow for not more than 45 student and still we have 20 over peoples are in the waiting list. Elias CC is downsizing to only 60 members.

So now we are calling all INTERNAL coaches to come forward. Otherwise, we will not hestiate to call for out source like our partnership, Zen Martial Arts to come in and help. They did given a helping hand in Pei Hwa Secondary School to cover for Master Lee during his oversea trip.

This will be the last warning to all Anglican Taekwondo Group as it might totally merge with others.

Coaches who is willing to come forward and render the helping hand, do contact Master Lee directly. Otherwise, we will do whatever deem good for the club. The coming saturday and sunday class for two months urgently need help.
