WELL DONE LEE's Junior
 
 
 

First from our Anglican Taekwondo Group. Edward Lee clinched his two GOLD Medals within a week from the Inter-school TKD championship and Koko Krunch Singapore Championship last week.
 
The closed fight on the 23 April 2013 for the inter-school primary event, Edward Lee managed to clinch his first Gold medal even his right in-step was swell and injury. He had to lame back home after the match.
 
 
 
Edward Lee received his medal at Inter-school TKD Championship 2013.
 






5 days later after the Inter-school, Edward Lee was determined to fight again even he have only left foot can kick. During his first match in Koko Krunch Singapore on sunday, he was fall several times due to his injuries and the opponent punching to his face. Finally, he went to the final.

In his final match, the opponent was too careless by raising his foot to the face area for the first warning. Unfortunately, his opponent delivery another high kick to Edward's neck and causing injury to Edward. His opponent lost the match by careless.



Edward Lee stand a very good chance going to Malaysia KL for the Grand final for the Koko Krunch Grand Final.

With effect from the next grading (July 2013), the grading fees will be adjusted to S$35 for all color belt which is from white 10 to brown 2. Those brown 1 taking 1st Poom or Dan will be S$120 and those taking 2nd Poom or Dan will be S$170.

The adjustment is necessary due to lot of admin works. Our committee will try our very best to serve our members to their best.

Calling for all senior members. There will be an additional training on the 20 April 2013 (Sat) at the Pasir Ris CC. Poomsae training will start from 18:00 hours to 19:30 hours and the Kyrougi training will start from 20:00 hours to 21:30 hours.

This session will be conducted by Master Lee himself for the senior members who are keen to have extra training. Members who are coming for Kyrougi training have to prepare their own personal protective equipment and kicking mitt.

It is the first changed that our club wanted to move up to another level for our members. We will see how is the respond and decide whether the program will be carry on in future.

More update will be put up for members.

Delay in the recent 148th Centralised Grading

Due to unforeseen situation at the 148th Centralised Grading on the 14th of April held at Toa Payoh Sports Hall, we would like to extend our apologies to all parents and participants on behalf of the STF grading committee.

We would also like to thank the parents who came forward to provide us with the valuable feedback and rendered support.

Let us look forward to a better grading next term. Thank you once again.

Anglican Taekwondo Group was formed in 1982 by Mr Andy Lee and Mr Darran Lee. Till now, there is a total of 10 training centres, located in the East and West side of Singapore.
