And these are just some of the feedback given to the teachers by the fellow students of PHSS.

Last month, on the 10th - 15th of June, our fellow members from Pei Hwa Secondary School visited Vietnam for an overseas Learning Journey. The team was led by Ms Ong and Ms Hu, assisted by our club Founder Master Darran Lee and 3 other coaches.

Through out the trip, the team got to learn about the history of Vietnam, train with world renowned players for Poomsae and Kyorugi, as well as returning back to the society in the VIA @ Children's home.


The team was very excited and looking forward to their training with the National Poomsae squad players, who were the world champion for 3 consecutive years!

   
  
One of our assistant coach, Ms Che Shi Min even got to perform the whole set of competition Poomsaes with the world champions!


Other than Poomsae, the team also got to train Kyorugi with Than Chau taekwondo club, who are the youth champions of Vietnam. Their chief instructor, Mr Tran Minh Nghia, is also the chief coach for Go Vap district Youth team!

On the second last day of the trip, the team went to the Ky Quang II children's home for VIA. It was an unforgettable experience for most of the students as they enjoyed carrying out the activities with the kids.


We hope that everyone will strive hard to be like our fellow members from PHSS, who excelled in all aspect of taekwondo, as well as community involvement. They truly fulfilled their student outcomes of being a Scholar, Leader and Altruist!

Anglican Taekwondo Group was formed in 1982 by Mr Andy Lee and Mr Darran Lee. Till now, there is a total of 10 training centres, located in the East and West side of Singapore.
