The next up grading will be held at Toa Payoh Sports Hall on the 19 Jan 2014. Members can sign up for the coming grading if you are ready.
Grading form must reached your center coach by 09 Dec 2013 and after which, S$10 penalty will be imposed. NO MORE submission after 15 Dec 2013.
All green belters and above must have your own personal shin and forearm with groin guard during training and it compulsory during the grading.

During the month of May and June this year, we have a pretty young girl who came from Thailand to train with our members. Does everyone still can remember her ?
Ms Nan Nam, Master Darran Lee's god daughter from Thailand. Despite of injury on her leg, she still trained very hard for the poomsae and took part in the 8th World Poomsae Championship 2013 which held in Bali, Indonesia last week.
She managed to clinched the Bronze Medal for the poomsae event. She text to Master Lee for the good news immediately after her match. She said thank you to all Anglican Tkd members for the warm hospitality during her stay and she learned many things from our members.

Good news for all members who are keen to train more on Kyorugi!
We have decided to start a new training session every Sunday starting on the 1st December. The purpose is to allow members to have additional training to hone mainly their Kyorugi skills. The training sessions will be conducted by Master Lee himself, assisted by the coaches from the various training centers. Please refer to the following for the details:
Training Venue: Pasir Ris Elias CC
Training Time: 9.00am to 12.00pm
Training Frequency: Every Sunday
Fees: $20.00 per month
Intensity: est. 75% on Kyorugi, 25% on Poomsae
Kindly take note that trainees are to bring their own training aids (i.e. handmitts and protective gears).
There is no minimum requirement in belt level.
